Welcome to the City of Merced’s Municipal Services On-Line. The City is pleased to present you with a convenient and quick way to access your utility account.
The City’s municipal services on-line software provides up-to-date information concerning your utility account and a payment option. Click here to send us an e-mail to request your PIN. To sign up you will need to include the following information in your registration e-mail:
- Name
- Account number
- Service address
- Mailing address if different
- Current phone number.
Once we receive your e-mail you will receive a return e-mail with instructions to complete the registration process. E-mails are answered Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Browser Requirement: We protect your information with the highest level of encryption available. Your browser must have 128-bit encryption to access our secure site.
If you use America Online, you
must be at version 6.0 or higher. You can update your AOL on line at
http://www.aol.com
To check your encryption level on Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on the
HELP menu, and select ABOUT. If you see 40-bit encryption, you will need the
free update of Internet Explorer. Click the button below to update your
browser.
