The City of Merced is reviewing an application from Heritage Homes to annex, rezone and prepare a Specific Plan for an area located on the west side of the City. Heritage Homes proposes to annex the site with various residential, commercial, and industrial designations. Their proposal also includes connecting Thornton Road with Highway 99.
