The purpose of this Committee is to review projected revenues created by the voter approved Measure C, a one-half cent Sales Tax. The Committee will recommend proposed expenditures to City Council. The Committee will consist of three voting members from each of the three existing Policing Districts of the City, for a total of nine voting members. There are also ex-officio members representing the various recognized municipal employee barbaining units.
