Due to the specialized nature of the construction, General Contractors submitting a proposal must have been selected by the City through a formalized prequalification process. Please see the Notice Inviting Bids for a list of prequalified Contractors. Note: Any questions by Sub Contractors, Suppliers, and Manufacturers must be directed to the General Contractors.
