Employees in the Fire Unit are charged a flat $9.00 for STD.

The Life & AD&D calculator allows you to calculate your biweekly premium for Life & AD&D. The Voluntary Buy-Up Life sheets allow you to find the amount it would cost to buy-up on Life insurance for yourself or your spouse. If you elect to purchase life insurance for your dependent child the cost is $0.92 per payroll period.
