Aaron's Lease & Ownership began development in 2005 when three LLC's were considering turning an Agency owned 30,000 square foot vacant lot into a 7,000 square foot retail store. The Agency sold the lot to the developers. Aaron's Lease & Ownership is now a high quality development located near the corner of W. 16th Street and G Street. This project was part of the Agency's effort to add quality commercial uses along 16th Street while improving the visual quality of this gateway area to our city.
