The Redevelopment Agency entered into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) for the vacant site on the south side of the 100 block of West 16th Street. Negotiations began in 2006 with a developer that intended to construct a Flooring Liquidators retail store. The 11,000 square foot store is now standing and operational.
