Phases 1 and 2 of the Theatre restoration are complete.  These include the renovation of the apartments and storefronts along Main Street, and saving the tower itself.

Now it’s time for Phase 3, the most important :  restoring the lobby and theatre auditorium.  This will cost about $6 million.

The campaign is off to a great start with a $2 million gift from the California Cultural and Historical Endowment (CCHE).  The CCHE gift provides an incredible base of funding, and needs to be matched by local funds.
