Phase 3 is the largest and most important part of the project:  the Theatre auditorium, lobby, and main structure. 

The work to restore the Theatre includes:

• Demolishing interior walls added in the 1970s to “four-plex” the auditorium   
• New mechanical and electrical systems   
• Adding handicapped restrooms and other access improvements.
• Structural  strengthening of the building, including re-roofing
• New theatrical systems including stage rigging and sound system infrastructure
