The Agency has recently adopted a new infill-housing program.  The Gateways Infill Housing Program allows for a guaranteed 0% construction loan and a $10,000 grant to be credited against new construction fees.  To be eligible, the home must be built on a vacant, residential zoned lot in the Gateways Project Area.  In addition, the home must be sold at an affordable level (currently approximately $190,000 for a family of four) to a low to moderate-income family who will occupy the home themselves.
