The Redevelopment Agency does not currently offer a formal Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program. Although, commercial property and business owners can coordinate with the Agency to enter into an owner participation agreement. Low interest loans may be offered to qualified projects. A qualified project will improve the functionality of the commercial property, improve aesthetics and generally add to the quality and viability of the property in general. The Redevelopment Agency will advise the property or business owner on the proper steps to get a low interest loan.
