WE THE UNDERSIGNED, duly agree to ratify and reaffirm this commitment on behalf of our cities and citizens, and pledge to continue to encourage

1.	visits between the citizens of both cities which may include members of civic organizations and religious institutions, business leaders, school and government officials, and other interested individuals; and
2.	the establishment of affiliations between schools and organizations in both cities; and
3.	the promotion of cultural exchanges in such areas as art, music, performing arts, and sports; and
4.	the advancement of industrial and economic exchanges between both cities, which may include exhibitions and trade fairs; and
5.	the development of mutual understanding between the citizens of both cities, resulting from the exchange of information and materials.
