The purpose of the Measure C- Citizens' Oversight Committee is to review projected revenues created by the voter-approved Measure C, a one-half cent Sales Tax. The Committee will recommend proposed expenditures to the City Council. The Committee will consist of three voting members. There are also ex-officio members representing the various recognized municipal employee bargaining units.
The Measure C Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday in February, May, August, and November at 6:00 PM. This position requires the filing of a Statement of Economic Interests under the California Fair Political Practices Act guidelines.
