The City of Merced Housing Division has been busy rehabilitating foreclosed homes to help you achieve your goal of home ownership. If interested in purchasing a home using the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), please read the guidelines and complete the application below.


   Steps to Purchase an NSP Home

* Get Pre-approved by a mortgage lender
* Complete and submit an NSP application form
* Must not exceed HUD income guidelines
* Must not have owned a home within the last three 
   years or gone through foreclosure
